Data Deletion Instructions
Bigdelta (operated by Metrical UAB) receives data from Meta only when you connect a Meta ad account to your Bigdelta workspace. To have that data deleted:

How to disconnect Meta Ads and delete the data Bigdelta receives from Meta.
1. Stop access
In Bigdelta, go to Integrations → Meta Ads → Disconnect. Or, in Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Bigdelta → Remove.
2. Request deletion
Email privacy@bigdelta.com from the email address of your Bigdelta account. Include your workspace name and the Meta ad account ID(s). Alternatively, delete your Bigdelta workspace in Settings, which deletes all of its data.
3. Confirmation
We delete all data received from Meta for your workspace (ad account details, campaigns and campaign performance) within 30 days and confirm by email.
